Hey Amber...I've got a question!

This question is been asked to me several times over the past few weeks so I thought I would lay this out for you in a post.

What are your GO-TO drinks and snacks for on the go?

I will start off by saying I am not a nutritionist. Through research and a lot of trial and error I have found what works best for my body...I suggest you do the same. Google is your friend! What I am going to share with you is what I eat on a daily basis that is a little Keto, a little Macro, Paleo and sometimes protein pacing. 

I am kinda in the wilderness (as Brene' Brown would say) when it comes to my nutrition. I am not fully one of them but all of it at the same time. You can shop all my favorites HERE
