Protein Balls (GREAT FOR KIDS)
For the balls:
1 cup peanut butter (Any peanut butter can be used, we used almond peanut butter)
1 cup gluten free oats
1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
1/2 pkg Vanilla Chai Isagenix protein
2TBSP Local honey
You can also add flax seed, chia seeds, nuts, dried berries...
If it's too dry, add more PB AND HONEY.
Roll into balls and refrigerate for an hour.
For the bars:
2 tbsp solid coconut oil
2 tbsp almond milk
1/4 c coconut palm sugar
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
3/4c gluten free oat flour
1/2c fine almond flour
1/2 pkg dairy free choc Isalean protein
1/4c ground raw sugar
1/3c vegan mini choc chips
Melt coconut oil, whisk in almond milk, vanilla and coconut sugar.
Add flours, salt, protein and sugar. Mix and fold in choc chips.
Press on parchment paper and shape into a 1/2" thick square. Refrigerate until set, cut and keep squares in airtight container in fridge.
