Pumpkin Spice Pronuts
I know, I know....it is like PUMPKIN EVERYTHING!
2/3 cup of IsaLean pumpkin protein powder (any flavor is ok but, pumpkin is AWESOME)
2 tbs applesauce
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbs Water
Mix and pour in donut trays (Makes 6 full size donuts)
Put in the oven at 325 for 15-20mins
Our frosting was Vanilla Greek yogurt with a half scoop of Vanilla protein powder or roll in cinnamon/ sugar mixture.
30g or more of protein and kid-approved!
**If you don't have a donut pan, use cupcake pan!**
