I have learned that in order to make a big change you must take small steps. Baby Steps.
Changing your nutrition seems like a big task. I felt the same way too when I started. I would run to the grocery store, spend WAYY to much money and throw in the towel after a week. WHY? Because your mind cannot maintain massive changes in one swoop.
Soooo, you take baby steps. That is how I am going to help you. Very small steps that you can stick to, M'kay?
