NOT YOUR MOMMAS POT ROAST
This is the perfect not-too-spicy, juicy, perfect for sandwiches pot roast.
My momma gave me the recipe a few years ago and it has not failed me yet. You can always cut this recipe in half, I just make a lot because we eat on it ALL.WEEK.LONG.
4 lb sirloin tip roast
1 stick butter
1pack of ranch mix
1 pack brown gray mix
1 jar of pepperoncini peppers
Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Do NOT add water
